Hello! I am Hillary Catherine. Thank you for visiting my page. If you are here you are likely a tired parent, like I was not so long ago. I woke up with my son throughout the night for months, convinced I was doing what was best for him. Finally I hired a sleep consultant who helped me change my family’s life. Suddenly we were all sleeping. Our jobs (professional and as parents) became easier. Our days became lighter. Most importantly, our happy baby became even happier. I was rested, rejuvenated, and inspired!

I have dedicated years to learning how to help children and parents lead happier and healthier lives. I studied at Columbia University where I received masters degrees in psychological counseling and school counseling. As an undergrad, I studied psychology and human development and family studies. I have worked as an elementary, middle, and high school counselor to help children and their families find their best paths to success and happiness. Becoming a sleep consultant was an easy decision, and I was honored to be chosen to study under Dana Obelman, founder of the Sleep Sense Program.

I believe that a well rested child is happy, curious, and ready to take on challenges. Teaching your child the skills to sleep through the night is a valuable gift. I am excited to help you find your sleep.


Your family, your parenting style, and your child are all special and unique. With each package I will work to understand and incorporate your personal style into your plan so that you are ready and empowered to teach your baby the skills to sleep independtly.

  • In-home consultation (local clients): $50
  • Bedtime support on night 1: $200
  • Overnight support on night 1: $1000
